Faculty Advisory Committee

The Transgenic and Targeted Mutagenesis Laboratory (TTML) Faculty Advisory Committee provides oversight and direction for our core. The committee meets bi-annually to set policies for the TTML core, approve resource allocations and help set goals and priorities. In addition to general overview of TTML performance, the committee is charged with critical review of the quality and costs of our services. Committee members help identify and provide guidance on areas for improvement and growth and serve as advocates for the facility.

The committee is comprised of faculty members representing departments across Northwestern University and reports to the dean for research at Feinberg School of Medicine. All of the committee members have extensive experience with genetically modified animal models and have utilized our services and, therefore, provide insightful suggestions and advice.
