Focus of Work

Bio

Dr. Kopp’s research interests focus primarily on the genetic basis of endocrine disorders, in particular inborn errors of thyroid development and thyroid hormone synthesis, as well as disorders of water metabolism (diabetes insipidus). His clinical activities focus primarily on patients with thyroid dysfunction and thyroid cancer, but also include the care of patients with pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders and rare genetic endocrine disorders.
